Disclaimer
Ledgers is software. It helps you keep your books and prepare for filings — but it does not replace professional advice, and you stay responsible for your numbers.
1. Not professional advice
Nothing in the platform — including categorisations, journal entries, tax estimates, reports, narratives or answers from the assistant — constitutes accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice. It is general software output based on the data you provide.
2. Not a regulated firm
Radwanium Ltd is a software provider. We are not a registered firm of chartered or certified accountants, not a tax agent acting on your behalf, and not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Where the platform helps prepare statutory outputs (e.g. VAT figures, CT computations, payroll), those are drafts for your review and, where appropriate, your accountant's — not filed advice.
3. AI output can be wrong
Features that use AI can produce results that are incomplete, out of date or incorrect. They are designed to be checked: material items are surfaced for human approval, and you should not rely on any figure you have not reviewed. You are responsible for the accuracy of your books and filings.
4. You remain responsible
- For reviewing and approving entries before they affect your accounts.
- For the accuracy and completeness of data you import.
- For meeting your own deadlines and obligations to HMRC, Companies House and others.
- For decisions you make using Ledgers' outputs.
5. Forward-looking figures
Runway, forecasts, scenarios and tax estimates are projections based on assumptions and past data. They are not guarantees of future outcomes and should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.
6. Third-party data
Bank feeds, company-registry data and other third-party sources may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We are not responsible for errors originating in third-party data.
7. Get advice when it matters
For anything material — tax positions, statutory filings, restructuring, disputes — consult a suitably qualified professional. Ledgers is built to make working with your accountant easier, not to replace them.
